We are looking for a Launch Manager with a strong delivery record and proven ability to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects at leading retailers.
This role requires working across multiple Amazon Tech and JWO business organizations, in addition to Customer teams and 3rd party contractors. The Launch Manager will be responsible for influencing and driving critical path tasks with partners to maintain launch timelines. You will be on-site representing JWO at 3P Customer locations, providing customer-facing store bring-up support, training, and onsite launch execution during the launch week, reporting back to internal and Customer stakeholders daily. This position involves regular communication with customer and JWO leadership teams on status, risks, and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management, hands-on troubleshooting, and Customer-friendly interpersonal skills are essential.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, a natural problem solver, and a great communicator, both in verbal and written form. As part of a fast-growing services team, we need strong team players willing to take ownership in process improvement and team development.
Since this is a retail store launch role, you must be willing to travel >50% of the time to locations around the United States.
