Job summary
We are looking for a Sr. TPM to join an innovative new team, developing highly complex devices. You will own the integrated program schedule and drive adoption of tools for managing product requirements and changes. You will have an enormous opportunity to chart the course of the program, drive velocity, and own it’s success.
You will dive deep into technical development activities to understand dependencies at the subsystem level. You will leverage your expertise in PDP processes and phases, to plan resources and dependencies for Proto/EV/DV/PV gates and timelines.
Key job responsibilities
Build and manage the integrated program schedule (MS Project / Smartsheet)
Define the structure and cadence process for incorporating cross-team schedule updates.
Lead schedule review and change review meeting cadence.
Champion new tools and mechanisms for program management, including schedule, resourcing, requirements, and change management.
Be the glue that brings long-term dependency based project planning together with agile methodologies.
A degree or certificate in project management (e.g. PMP)
Experience managing projects in highly regulated environments, such as medical devices or transportation technology.
Experience in consumer electronics, robotics, computer vision, or other highly technical domains.
