We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting Supply Chain Manager to help develop and manage inbound compliance for the product sourced for Amazon’s grocery. This role will drive programs improving vendor and inbound performance including on-time performance and quality management, building roadmaps in alignment with organizational growth and create required key performance indicators for program success. This role will partner with external and internal stakeholders and assess supply chain, business, operations and technical objectives to deliver key actions for program success.
The successful candidate will be familiar possess strong quantitative and analytical skills and drive optimizing program performance. This position will work closely with partner teams to determine root cause of operational challenges, drive process improvements, build KPIs and metrics, discover opportunities and present findings and recommendations to business partners and management. Effective collaboration with various stakeholders to fulfill critical objectives is required for success in this role.
A qualified candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, intellectual curiosity to learn new concepts and methodologies, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
