Amazon Private Brands Talent Acquisition is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Full Life Cycle Technical Recruiter to join our North America Hiring Team supporting the North America Consumer Product Lines org.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner across teams and execute sourcing campaigns to attract and hire the best technical talent the industry has to offer. Key job responsibilities
The person in this role will:
Drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels to expedite the recruitment of technology roles.
Insist on high standards and ensure operational excellence, including delivering an on-brand candidate and hiring manager experience.
Lead meetings with client groups to include overall hiring progress, prioritizing open positions across an organization(s), internal movement discussions, and consult in job scoping discussions as needed.
Own the preparation and delivery of search status reports, leading status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions.
Use data to confidently identify roadblocks and solutions in the recruiting process as well as influence key stakeholders around important decisions.
Prior demonstrated experience in stakeholder management
Tech Recruiting experience in agency or corporate/in-house, in a fast growth, high bar hiring environment
Customer focused sense of urgency
Previous full life cycle recruiting experience within a large complex corporate environment, RPO, Management Consulting environment
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage high level complex and difficult searches
Ability to utilize multiple sourcing platforms, such as ATS, CRM, and other social media platforms.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $69,500 – 121,600 yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
