Experience with a building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
MS Office experience, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and candidate relationships

As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will work with a close-knit sourcing recruiting team. Your focus will be on driving strategic sourcing strategies along with candidate engagement management. Key job responsibilities
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going candidate engagement management
Create unique multi-channel and market-specific search strategies that attract bar-raising engineering talent
Develop prospects into candidates and assess for role fit, level, and motivations by conducting calibrated phone screens
Possess the ability to develop and prepare technical candidates up until the point of on-site interview
Continually contributing to the team’s knowledgebase and greater Amazon talent acquisition community

As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter you will develop and implement a sourcing strategy, including research, identification, outreach, assessment, and development to build robust pipelines for technical roles within Entertainment, Devices and Services. You will partner across our broader Devices Talent Acquisition team including Coordination, Recruiting, Market Intelligence, Employer Branding, Diversity, and more.

This team supports the Entertainment, Devices and Services organization. It is a collaborative recruiting team that supports hiring across Devices in US cities such as Seattle, Sunnyvale, Irvine, San Diego, Austin and Arlington.
