Job summary
As a UX Designer on the Amazon Kids team you will have the opportunity to craft simple, functional, and elegant designs based on an understanding of our user’s needs. You will partner with product management to define and create user experiences for across all product lines (Tablet, mobile, Echo). The Amazon Kids team is creating bleeding-edge hardware and software experiences just for kids. Imagine being part of a team that creates new experiences for kids and parents. A day in the life
You will create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups and interface specifications. Partnering with research, you will validate assumptions and test designs. You will collaborate with engineering and other designers on the team to define and deliver the end user experience.

Experience with Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Flinto, Adobe XD, InVision, or their functional equivalents
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Experience working directly with developers for implementation of designs
Proficiency in presenting design work to product management, engineering, and executives for review and feedback
Ability to navigate ambiguity to drive the design cycle and multitask in an fast-paced environment
Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs, and customer expectations
Committed to learning and expanding professional and technical knowledge
Experience working in a collaborative, diverse team, working directly with software engineers, product managers, researchers and marketers
Design experience on tablet, mobile, web, or television consumer devices
