Job Description:
Review of Control reports to ensure adherence and accuracy of transactions
Development and roll-out of new control reports to address emerging risks.
Coordination of QA execution; reviews outcomes of quality assurance activity executed within the team, ensuring quality and completeness of outcomes.
Effective communication of testing results, observations, and themes to the team and management via different communication methods
Utilization of sound, seasoned judgment and analytical skills to identify risks and build appropriate controls.
Identify gaps, track remediation progress and validate evidence for gap closure
Additional support of Loan Servicing initiatives, as required
Audit and regulatory exam support, as required.
Ability to navigate in a complex organization and operate effectively in changing environment
Adept at balancing multiple and competing priorities; outstanding organizational and time management skills
Adaptable, independent, and proactive, with consistent attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor message to audience
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at different levels
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
Strong problem solving skills; ability to analyze data and identify trends or probe for additional information
