Job Description:
Managing all policies and procedures relating to conducting business in international jurisdictions. Duties include liaising with outside counsel, handling novel questions arising from the international advisers, working to develop conduct of business memoranda (“CBMs”) for new jurisdictions and managing the refresh process for CBMS for existing jurisdictions, liaising with legal and other control partners across the various products areas to coordinate advice. Position will also be responsible for drafting procedures for Cayman Bank and maintenance of certain Cayman files.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree and JD degree required.
- The role requires at least 5 years of directly related legal experience.
- Must have a strong understanding of/experience with international regulation;
- Demonstrated ability to work with a larger team as well as across various internal groups
