Job Description:


Position Summary

The RPSWT COO team is responsible for running and controlling business operations processes including Forecasting, Financial Management, Workforce Management, Workspace Management and Executive Support (project management, process improvement, reporting, data analysis, governance, operations and technology management, and strategic planning), leveraging partnerships with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Business Services, Portfolio Delivery and Risk to effectively run the business of technology.

This role will provide business support to the Enterprise Payments Technology organization, including, but not limited to: requisition/hiring management (resource strategy), staff meetings, town halls, off-sites, meeting agendas, workspace governance and organizational health. This role will partner with other Business Support peers in RPSWT COO to ensure consistent practices around key processes, serve as the point person for coordination of business activities including financial control/budgeting, personnel processes, workspace, resource strategy, hiring and communication.

  • Serves as the point person for coordination of business activities including personnel processes, workspace, resource strategy, hiring and communication
  • Create presentations and supporting material to communicate strategic objectives and technology solution
  • Conducts ad-hoc analysis and reporting on a range of topics (e.g., personnel, cost to serve, etc.), as needed
  • Optimize SharePoint and collaboration tools for document sharing and retention
  • Develop processes to optimize tool integration and best practices
  • Coordinates and drives effective management routines, overseeing the preparation of relevant materials and talking points (e.g. Business Reviews, Off-sites, Talent Planning, etc.)
  • Leads planning for cross-team routines (All Hands, 2-deep meetings, skip levels, roundtables, etc), site visits and the annual calendar in partnership with Employee Engagement partner
  • Prep for Org Health monthly routines
  • Leads cross-team deliverables/QAs inputs/produces executive-level report-out
  • Business Continuity Planning & Testing coordination
  • Leads cross-team org move coordination in partnership with BSMs, HR, BFO
  • Workspace escalation and cross-team large move planning


Required Skills

  • Business Support experience
  • Strong analytical, financial management and organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail
  • Ability to decompose complex issues and drive timely decisions, knowing when to engage others for additional input, and when to act independently
  • Excellent written / verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Advanced/Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Extremely organized/excellent time management skills
  • Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities
  • Ability to think strategically across the organization to identify opportunities to improve overall performance efficiency.
  • Proven ability to develop executive ready communications and presentations.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive plans around key organizational priorities and ensure all accountable parties understand respective roles/responsibilities
  • Ability to influence and drive continuous process improvement
  • Strong business partnering experience / skills including the ability to interact, communicate, and influence equally well within all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated strong stakeholder focus with ability to deliver collaborative results
  • Executive presentation experience and strong verbal/written communication
