Job Description
The role is in the Quantitative Strategies and Data Group with a focus on supporting the Capital Markets and Investment Banking division within the Global Corporate & Investment Banking business. This is an exciting new role to support expanded deliverables and team’s presence in Paris. The team is responsible for the development and implementation of analytics to support the continued acceleration in automation across Capital Markets, drive competitive differentiation and integration of analytics with the broader business initiatives. This role requires a commercial mindset and strong technical skills to help expand our analytics toolkit for Capital Markets.
Responsibilities:
Develops and deploy statistical and machine learning capabilities in production at scale
Supports with the integration of data-driven insights to enhance client dialogue and support deal execution across Capital Markets and Investment Banking
Builds tools for simplifying and streamlining business processes
Partners with business groups and technology teams to understand business requirements and provide impactful solutions
Develops forecast and pricing models, analytic processes, or systems approaches, implementing solutions for financial challenges
Conducts financial analyses and prepares support documentation for client presentations
Assesses market trends and provides quantitative data to internal partners and clients to identify the solutions required to effectively solve business problems
Partners with various teams across the bank to prepare recommendations on timing, size, and structure of business transactions
