Job Description:
The Digital Solutions and Automation Services organization (DSAS) is responsible for the design, engineering, and development of many of the software tools and services used to manage Bank of America’s compute infrastructure. DSAS services include: monitoring; event management; service management; logging; orchestration; configuration management; data insights; capacity management; application performance management; observability. The Cloud Infrastructure Architect’s primary responsibility is to help our engineering teams architect, build, and deploy DSAS solutions to cloud-based environments including public, private, and hybrid cloud. In this role, you will analyze the DSAS application services portfolio and corresponding cloud native tools/services, access cloud migration feasibility and develop solution architecture with an emphasis on client delivery and the effective operational management of the underlying infrastructure. Other responsibilities include the creation of deliverables designed to provide target-state guidance for evolving the technical infrastructure across the enterprise and enabling business strategy and delivering targeted business outcomes (ex. requirements, standards, guidelines, strategy, roadmaps, blueprints/designs, configurations).
