Job Description:
Bank of America is seeking a Digital Channel Consultant for our award-winning digital banking 31 million mobile users. The Digital Channel Consultant will be responsible for measuring and reporting on campaign performance, providing operational support of highly visible onsite and mobile marketing campaigns, via our workflow management tool, as well as provide leadership performance updates by channel, highlighting insights and key learnings with business partners and across our Digital Marketing team. Candidate will support various lines of business, monitoring and optimization of marketing campaigns on BankofAmerica.com, within online banking and the mobile app. Candidate should have strong organizational, project management, relationship management, and QA skills.
