Responsible for medium – large projects for an operations department, product or business unit. Provides consulting expertise to line managers on productivity issues, analyzes market and operational impact in the business brought about by the project parameters. Researches and documents organizational reviews, workflow analysis, management and staff analysis. Develops project plans including estimates of cost and resources required. Defines project scope to others outside of operations that may become involved in or impacted by the project. Requires a thorough knowledge of the operation areas.
Responsibilities: (Not limited to)
Responsible for assisting in executing the initiatives for Operational Excellence and Transformation across all products and operations teams. Establishes measures of success in partnership with business and control partners.
Coordinates UAT testing across project and LOB teams.
Responsible for managing testing schedules and environment availability in partnership with technology
Represents UAT testing during defect and senior leader meetings
Drive strategic analysis and impact assessments, oversees definition and prioritization of requirements and drives execution to deliver against business goals and objectives.
May manage medium/large scale projects from initiation through implementation on cross functional initiatives spanning business lines.
Directs the research of existing client, operations, procedures, and workflow, product and service requirements.
Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques
Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement
Builds action plans and drives execution
Applies business redesign concepts, practices and DFSS tools
Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function
Required skills:
3 + years of Fulfillment, Servicing or Operations experience
Project Management knowledge
Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes and performance improvements
Proven ability to both think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills -ability to tailor communications to audience
Ability to foster collaboration across multiple groups
Interact with and influence both executive and front-line associates
Creativity – able to look at a problem from a new perspective and to develop new ideas and solutions
Desired Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree or Work Experience Equivalent
