Job Description:
This product consultant role is within our Merchant Services Product and
Innovation team. This role is primarily responsible for the review and
analysis of product-related customer feedback and complaints regarding
our merchant services product offering. This position also provides the
opportunity to partner across our Product & Innovation team, Client
Experience and Operations teams to determine cause of complaints, action
items and process improvements opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
