At Bank of America, Production Services Leads are members of a team. This role provided the following support processes. Incident resolution and root cause identification of batch related issues. Automation and improvement of work efforts when opportunities are identified. The resource will be working on weekends and holidays taking turns with other team members on a rotational basis.

Required Job Skills

• Deep Understanding of Mainframe applications using Mainframe: IBM Mainframe, z/OS (ISPF, TSO, JCL), Unix Shell Scripting, DB2, MDM Framework, z/VM, z/VSE. CICS, COBOL Oracle, DB2, Cassandra and Hadoop with SQL/CQL, ETL
• Knowledge using DataStage and Jobs Scheduling Tools: like Autosys, CA7

Desired Skills

• Understanding on application Integration, MQ, networking and webservers. Java/J2EE Applications
• API Knowledge using REST/SOAP
