Job Description:
The Resilience Exercise Training and Change Manager is responsible for driving forward awareness and adoption of the Resiliency and Continuity Exercise program and Testing framework. Core responsibilities of this role include building, delivering, and maintaining the testing and exercise trainings. Manage change related to the program documentation including working with key partners in the team and within the Enterprise Exercise Community of Practice. Partnering with colleagues to plan for, develop and deliver effective change management is critical to ensure partners, practitioners, and stakeholders across business continuity management, crisis management, service and operational resiliency, and global resolution and recovery planning are aware and understand the resources available to them.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) and Learning and Development teams in the creation of a training roadmap and design/delivery of learning programming for all levels; identifies training budgeting needs
Facilitates internal and external training and/or communications projects and strategies
Create materials that support the overall team or the roll-out of change and communication tactics
Creates and maintains business operations or project documents, including analyzing data and using it to create reports; assesses how the process for gathering information can be improved
Effectively partners and collaborates with multiple project stakeholders and identifies connect points; Leads cross-functional team meetings
Prepares and delivers presentations and reports
Fosters strong relationships
Has ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Required Skills:
Prior experience developing and documenting an end-to-end strategy to ensure tactical priorities are met
Proven ability to think strategically
Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple, competing priorities
Operates with a sense of urgency and has a strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with peers and multiple levels of management
Self-starting, organized, proactive, and requiring minimal management oversight

Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding
