Job Description:
This role is part of the Global Compliance and Operational Risk (GCOR) Policy and Business Controls team responsible for the enterprise execution of the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) and the GCOR responsibilities within the Risk Identification (Risk ID) program.
The team owns the enterprise requirements for the RCSA which require a semi-annual self-evaluation by each business and control function across the bank of their risk profile. The individual in this role will work with business and control function employees and leaders who execute the RCSA and the GCOR teams who are responsible for providing review and challenge of the RCSA on a regular basis to provide guidance on the RCSA process and help the teams to meet the RCSA requirements. The individual will also be responsible for driving enhancements to the current RCSA program to support continuous process improvement and process efficiencies. In addition the individual will lead the design and implementation of the next generation RCSA for Bank of America. This portion of the role will require the individual to interact with a broad set of stakeholders across the business and control functions, GCOR, and technology.
The team is also responsible for facilitating a quarterly review of the compliance and operational risks within the Bank of America Risk ID inventory. The individual in the role will be responsible for working with the GCOR teams to help them understand their role in the review process and to meet the Risk ID requirements.

The Program Implementation Manager plans and organizes the work, and may work independently or manage a team to support and monitor the consistent, timely, and quality execution of one or more Program elements including:
This role will be responsible for executing enhancements, designing and delivering training, and helping to execute the GCOR RCSA and Risk ID programs across both the first and second lines. In addition the role will be responsible for designing the next generation RCSA for Bank of America
