Job Description:
This role is responsible for resolving research and adjustment inquiries within the bank’s practices and procedures. Individuals in this role maintain internal operational and financial controls and ensures that they are observed for all assigned cases. These individuals ensure that all cases are resolved in compliance with industry regulations and bank procedures, integrity levels of the department’s case management system and financial controls. In this role, individuals must notify leadership of escalated matters or issues to ensure minimum risk occurs.

Responsibilities:

  • Works daily incoming exceptions
  • Maintains aged exceptions to a minimum
  • Enters daily entries through internet based applications
  • Performs account maintenance which could be routine or complex depending on customer account type
  • Maintains high-volume portfolio
  • Investigates and resolves issues and requests
