Job Description:

Provide reporting, project management and analytical support to the Business Control Complaints Oversight team. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Document process gaps, action plans and status. Works with management and team members to implement enhancements to reporting and analysis packages for senior management forums and deliverables plus the implementation of improved reporting and metrics. The ability to analyze report/dashboard, and develop/enhance reports/dashboards based on business needs . This position requires the ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple teams to support various initiatives and performance metric oversight. Identify, monitor, and escalate horizontal gaps/emerging risks, potential impacts and relationships across LOBs and Business Control from process performance, independent testing, regulatory changes, and operational/compliance risk. Knowledge of Global Operations businesses including LOCRO, Deceased (ESO) and NS&S.

Enterprise Description: Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF. Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans. Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management. Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture. Incumbents typically have over 5+ years of risk management and/or LOB/ECF experience.


Required Skills:

3 or more years of Analytics Experience is required
Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables and automation)
Advanced PowerPoint skills / preparation of Executive Level presentations
Issue management or project management experience
Ability to self-drive to achieve desired results and meet deadlines
Attention to detail; ability to grasp new concepts and processes quickly and understand up and downstream impacts
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Able to interact effectively with all levels in the organization
Strong relationship building skills
Must be self-motivated with a desire to excel
Able to operate and prioritize in a highly complex and fast-paced environment
