Job Description:
Accountable for accurate and timely test execution and/or support activities related to a Testing Functional area
Work closely with Risk, Compliance, and SMEs to conduct testing
Daily responsibilities of this position include execution of test scripts and identifying and documenting defects.
Provide daily updates to test leads and mangers as needed.
Monitors and evaluates the quality of outbound and/or inbound telephone calls across Merrill Edge’s population. Document quality issues and performance measures. Provides information to assist in feedback and formal education process of individuals in scope to drive client experience and regulatory/compliance requirements with all interactions. May act as subject matter expert. Typically requires two to four years of experience.
