Hiring and Working During the Pandemic:
- Virtual interviews
- Virtual and on-site employee on-boarding and training.
- Hybrid work model (Splitting time between working remotely and in the office). In person training is a big part of culture and new employees should be prepared to train on site and in person with a hybrid work model available upon completing the training period.

Responsibilities:
The Liability Adjuster is responsible for conducting office investigations and adjusting commercial general liability claims. The Adjuster is also responsible for, but not limited to:
- Investigating losses and identifying coverage issues
- Obtaining and reviewing evidence, reports, and medical records
- Establishing damages and reserves
- Processing payments
- Taking statements from insured’s, claimants, and witnesses
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates with the following:
- Prior experience adjusting liability claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize
