Top real estate firm seeking IT Technician. Must have high level of customer service and tech skills to oversee IT Help Desk and service the technology needs of our real estate agents and employees. Must be proficient in proprietary end-user software programs; assist users in person, by phone and email. Telecommunication experience is required. Position will require travel to our local branch offices in the City of Chicago and Northern Suburban region. One weekend per month will be required to provide on-call remote support. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position.
