GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The receptionist/processor is responsible for managing all aspects of customer/agent service at the front desk. They handle documentation and inputting data throughout numerous agent transactions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering and directing phone calls, as well as greeting clients and agents at the front. Maintaining digital files for listings, pending sales and closings; and reviewing documents for completeness, compliance & accuracy. Inputting new listings into MLS and making changes on existing listings when requested by agents. Processing documents and changing the statuses of listings when they are pending. Maintaining weekly and monthly production reports for the office.

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ordering office supplies and maintaining a balanced stock of supplies. Various administrative duties as assigned. Provide support for managers and agents as needed on a daily basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
