We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our growing team. We are looking for a part time person to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-12:00pm.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Sales Associates as well as the Branch Manager through a wide range of duties such as efficient onboarding of sales associates, training, accounts payable and receivable, managing and ordering, supplies and other necessary tasks. The Office Administrator is the hub of the office and should be service minded for Sales Associates, Managers, Vendors and Guests.
Candidate should have 2+ years customer service experience. Real Estate background is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills, strong technology skills including Microsoft Office, Internet browsing, Social Media, standard office equipment, strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multi task and prioritize, be organized, strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and a desire to be part of a team.
