Role

As the Administrative Assistant, you help maintain the success of the Top Real Estate Agent in Cedar Grove by supporting the Agent in a variety of ways.

This is a multi-faceted role, requiring a broad skillset involving:

· Calendar management

· Social media management (post creating and updating)

· Website management

· Marketing (designing and mailing marketing pieces)

· MLS (listing / sales) data entry and paperwork

This is a very visible position, as part of this role involves interaction with customers and clients in a variety of ways, such as:

· Customers / clients visiting the office

· Inbound and outbound phone contact

· Written communication with clients and trusted partners

· Traveling to client properties to help oversee certain inspections, photoshoots, place signs and lockboxes

Having an outgoing, yet professional appearance and demeanor will be just one of the key attributes for the success of this role. Additionally, it will be important for the select candidate to have superior written and oral communication skills, given the aforementioned duties. Given the personal and sensitive nature of real estate, a high level of discretion and confidentiality is also required.

The ideal candidate will be punctual, detailed-oriented, and skilled at working in a fast-paced and high-performing environment. This individual should be well-organized, and have a take-charge attitude when it comes to recognizing situations where there’s a need to be proactive to solve unforeseen challenges that may arise.

This position often involves managing multiple tasks at once, so the ability to prioritize and complete those tasks in a timely manner are critical to the success of this role.

Required Skillsets:

· Knowledge and proficiency of MS Office

· Knowledge and proficiency of Google Suite

· Knowledge and proficiency of social media platforms and tools (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

· Knowledge and proficiency of Canva

· Ability to maintain multiple Gmail accounts

· Strong interpersonal skills and phone demeanor

· Strong writing skills, especially with client communication

· Strong typing skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
