What You’ll Work On

• Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
• Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google’s apps
• Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive

Additional Details
Our team uses Google Workspace, but not as efficiently and effectively as possible. We’d love someone to come train us on the best uses for the applications/tools for our programs and organization as a whole.

Your Skills

• Information technology

Your Experience

• Experience setting up and configuring Google Workspace applications, including Google Workspace account, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google’s video conferencing tools
• Experience with software training and onboarding
• Strong communication skills

Your Availability

• Works remotely from anywhere
• 5-10 hours over 1-2 weeks
