Responsibilities
The Community Liaison is assigned and works with community type organizations, such as auxiliary groups, community and church senior groups and centers, chronic disease support groups, church ministries, etc., promoting education of home health services to the community and consumer audiences. This is a core sales position focused on community and direct to consumer customer channels, driving incremental admissions growth. Generally, aligned and supporting sales strategies to maximize sales deployment in the marketplace. Requires flexible work schedule and works under general direction
