Paid Time Off (PTO):
Full-time employees are eligible for PTO after joining our team for at least 1 year.
1 year = 5 PTO days
2-6 years = 10 PTO days
7+ years = 15 PTO days

1. Plan Option 1: Cigna Network Plan
A. Works like a traditional plan
B. Two offerings: Core Plan, Buy-Up Plan based on desired deductible amounts, co-pay amounts, and brand-name RX coverage
2. Plan Option 2: PPOX Rate Based Pricing (RBP) Plan through Self Insured Plans (SIP)
A. This plan is less expensive than Option 1 but does require a little extra research prior to planned major health events. This plan does not have a traditional network. It is accepted anywhere that accepts Medicare as the plan reimburses
150% of Medicare rates.
B. Access to a Patient Advocacy group via phone assists with finding medical providers that accept the plan.
C. Access to Real Time Choices app to also assist with finding providers
D. Two offerings: Core Plan, Buy-Up Plan based on desired deductible amounts, co-pay amounts, and brand-name RX coverage
3. Minimal Essential Coverage Plan (MEC):
A. Least expensive plane
B. Covers annual wellness visits of adults
C. Covers annual well visit and vaccines for kids
D. Free birth control
Indemnity Plans: Our accident and disability plans are offered through Allstate
Dental and Vision plans: Our plans are offered through Humana
401k: Our 401k plans are managed through MassMutual and are available after a team member has completed their first year with us.
