Lead the development of world-class web design and content development in collaboration with a diverse team of cross-functional stakeholders (including Creative, Web Production and Engineering, Media, Social, Communications, Brand Strategy, and Decision Science – amongst others).
Build strong relationships and communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy.
Define and manage a comprehensive web marketing program, from planning through execution, including: brief development, content and editorial strategy, web design and creative production, SEO strategy, experimentation and measurement, and reporting.
Translate audience and UX insights into marketing strategies that deliver bold impactful digital experiences and content.
Partner with web strategy, analytics and engineering teams to develop a testing framework and optimize the user journey to drive our website and marketing KPIs.
Set and manage marketing budgets and track/report on key goals and metrics.
Define all planning & execution milestones, and lead leadership discussions to drive alignment.
8+ years experience working in a Consumer Marketing capacity on global consumer brands/products.
2+ years experience building websites and/or creating content programs for digital channels. Experience working with highly technical teams.
Experience building relationships with cross-functional partners at a consumer brand as part of an internal team. Experience motivating teams and demonstrate organizational influence.
Experience utilizing data and measurement to drive decisions.
Experience developing and validating positioning, messaging, and customer segmentation.
MBA Degree.
SEO/SEM experience.
International experience.
Experience knowing how to motivate individuals.
Experience with technology brands.
