Business Planning and Operations Program Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities:
Identify, scope and own critical projects and initiatives for the Business Messaging Group, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Develop in-depth analyses and recommendations that provide actionable insights, enabling business leaders to drive growth
Support management in strategic, operational and business planning. Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data to underpin business decisions
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies (e.g. for new markets, products or verticals, org restructuring and design) and supporting post-merger integrations initiatives
Develop strategies and operating models to help optimize and scale sales operations across multiple products in BMG, including segmentation, propensity modelling, incentives design and cross-sell strategies
Build cross-functional relationships to help solve complex, often ambiguous, problems on behalf of the business
Contribute to business integration and efficiency opportunities with regard to delivering on long-term org growth priorities
Work independently, managing multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:
9+ years experience in sales strategy, business strategy and/or operations in a B2B environment in the tech industry
Proven experience executing & implementing projects successfully. Demonstrable experience with building credibility, influencing & managing senior stakeholders internationally
Proven project management expertise gained in management consulting and/or growth analytics within technology companies
Sound understanding of sales cycle and business metrics, with experience in tracking and reporting them. Experience working with sales, marketing and/or sales operations teams
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
Preferred Qualifications:
Enterprise software/SaaS industry experience
Multinational experience
Experience with sales and marketing automation tools
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance or Statistics)
