Partner with the Network Infra admin team and relevant stakeholders to develop and execute calendars strategically for Network Infra events and meetings including but not limited to All Hands, managers meetings, off-site events, org-wide project reviews, etc.
Collaborate with the Network Leads and teams to develop templates, agendas and content for Network Infra level meetings, events and posts. Maintain and continuously improve the templates and content to enable efficient and effective decision-making and outcomes.
Manage the content of the global Network Infra level websites and oversee regular updates. Sites include the internal organization wiki page, on-boarding module, and other new and existing pages.
Develop and maintain new and ongoing business process documentation.
Develop KPIs, dashboards and prepare regular reports on hiring headcount and budget allocation. Identify the gaps, action items, owners and track progress.
Drive operational excellence into the organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes.
BA/BS in Business Management, Strategy, Finance, Engineering and/or Computer Science/Statistics.
5+ years of hands-on experience in communications and project management or operations.
Effective communication and presentation skills with experience in drafting, editing and presenting to both technical and business audiences, including to executive level decision makers.
Experience in using spreadsheets for running data analysis and building quantitative models for decision making. Experience with pivot table-based reporting, using charts for visualization and use of lookup and math functions.
Experience delivering programs from inception to delivery.
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities.
Interpersonal skills, including relationship building, stakeholder management and collaboration with a cross-functional, global team.
Advanced Graduate Degree or MBA.
Communications experience in Network Engineering or Telecommunications organizations.
Program management certification (PMP).
