Commercial Agreements Program Manager Responsibilities:
Guide GDCC’s commercial management team in the following activities: commercial project management and early vendor engagement, schedule alignment, vendor pre-qualification, and change order management.
Perform project commercial analysis highlighting deviations and mitigating potential risks during the project lifecycle.
Manage change orders through identifying root causes, and working with stakeholders to implement corrective actions preventing recurrence.
Recommend contractors and set the negotiation strategy to achieve firm, fair, and consistent agreements for Facebook and GDCC’s contractors.
Guide the contractual relationship between GDCC and contractors by quickly responding to and adapting to signals from stakeholders
leveraging contractual terms and allocation strategies.
Act as the main point of contact between GDCC and the Facebook’s Legal team
expediting contract drafting, revisioning, and provisioning.
Spearhead early engagement with GDCC execution teams and external partners
maintaining a solid service approach.
Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement of commercial management processes.
Coordinate and direct contingent workforce support activities.
Work closely with site teams to align change with legal terms.
Bachelor’s Degree in business, administration, law or relevant degree.
7+ years experience in commercial management, business administration, procurement, or other relevant experience.
Experience managing cradle to grave contract lifecycle for multiple large projects.
Experience negotiating complex agreements.
Experience establishing and meeting project objectives and deadlines.
Experience working as an individual contributor within a highly matrixed team environment.
Experience in Microsoft Office software, including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project. Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project.
Experience learning new (proprietary) systems.
Masters of Business Administration.
Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) Certification.
Experience working in a mission critical or data center environment.
5+ years experience as a contract manager, paralegal, or similar.
