Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to conduct E2E demand planning and forecasting.
Develop and manage short and long-term supply and demand models that seek to maintain service levels requirements for customers, this includes development and refinement of business processes, demand impact simulations, and analysis, interface, and communication of the requirements throughout supply chain and cross-functional stakeholders.
Translate business forecast and timelines into an executable demand plan.
Establish and utilize statistical models, processes, and software tools to create forecasts and respective inventory targets.
Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership, drive timely decisions, and ensure clear and concise communication to all stakeholders in the supply chain, based on demand planning scenarios, business forecast, and product transitions.
Prepare and present demand and inventory strategy to within, but not limited to, the Integrated Business Planning process.
Drive product success by keeping others accountable for metrics such as forecast accuracy, quarterly financial variance, inventory utilization, delivery performance, etc.
Work across various internal stakeholders and lead teams to ensure forecast and demand inputs are consistent in order to drive management decisions.
Support automation and development of new tools and enhancements to existing planning solutions to support scale.
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management and Analytics, Business Administration, or a closely related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or closely related occupation. Experience must include 6 months of experience with each of the following skills:
Leading strategic demand and revenue planning for risk and opportunity
Designing strategic forecasting technique based on business requirements
Supply Chain Planning and Analytics
Providing statistical analysis on supply chain data to assist business decision making
Tableau Dashboard
Advance Excel
