Manage and grow a team of digital marketers
Develop, own and execute BEPS’ (Business Engineering and Partner Solutions) digital marketing strategy to thousands of business partners and millions of businesses on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp
Analyze and communicate results in order to rapidly scale successful campaigns and learnings
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, engineering and partnerships organizations
Manage and track campaign budgets across external agencies and internal cross functional teams
Build a diverse and inclusive environment across the team, model inclusive behaviors, and hold managers accountable for ensuring the same
8+ years experience driving effectiveness in digital marketing through a diverse mix of digital channels and touchpoints (social, web, email, video, paid)
3+ years of experience managing a team
Experience working in cross functional and complex organizations
Experience communicating to a variety of audiences across business and technology
Experience working with executive stakeholder and managing relationships across all levels of an organization
