Digital Marketing Manager, Creators – Media Partnerships Responsibilities:
Build integrated digital strategy and activation plans
Contribute to audience and channel strategy to achieve optimal business results in context of the customer journey and user flows
Collaborate and build relationships with partners across multiple organizations and functions including brand and design, marketing, engineering, analytics, product, and external partners and agencies
Collaborate with the Analytics team to define and execute measurement plans aligned with marketing priorities, implement test and learn strategies to deliver results, and synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams
Contribute and influence the innovation roadmap for digital channel technologies, functionality, and platforms that deliver against the overall business objectives and strategies
Project manage and coordinate digital campaign operational efforts across channels, including managing agency and vendor relationships
Understand and communicate basic design principles to create breakthrough digital creative in partnership with our design and brand teams
Oversee campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, media buying and tracking, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review OR Oversee social channel health and campaigns end-to-end from research and strategy, audience targeting, creative concept and asset development, execution, optimization, and post-launch review
Contribute to either social channel health or cross-channel, integrated digital marketing campaigns
Develop thought provoking and industry leading social content and manage content calendar to drive engagement utilizing best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience of managing paid and/or owned campaigns or social marketing content and strategy
7+ years of marketing (or related communications) experience
Experience leading and managing global campaigns or leading social media campaigns with a social-first mindset and storytelling to bring a creator-first social vision to life across social media
Meta interface experience: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights, Facebook Pages, Facebook Groups, Instagram Insights, Instagram Business Account
Experience with digital analytics data tracking tools (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Facebook Attribution) and ad serving tools (e.g., Google DV360, Adobe Advertising Cloud)
Experience working independently and on multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience managing external agencies or partners
Experience with quantitative analytical skills (attribution models, cost per acquisition, customer lifetime value)
Paid, earned, and owned digital channel experience (display, social, search, email, web)
Experience presenting, enlisting support, and gaining support of ideas and initiatives to groups of stakeholders
Experience collaborating and coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
Meta Blueprint Digital Marketing Associate Certification or other relevant Meta Blueprint Certification
