Collaborate with Privacy Org Leadership team and other key partners to drive strategic priorities for Privacy, including Privacy Org Lead Executive Assistant, HRBP and cross-functional partners
Partner with leadership team on development and communication of group mission, goals and priorities. Develop strategy to operationalize, track and report on these
Drive leadership meetings and facilitate alignment on key issues and opportunities and ensure leadership team is spending time on highest priorities
Manage and grow a team of individual contributors, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development through performance reviews, continual feedback, coaching and career growth for direct reports
Develop strategic calendar of key deliverables for organization for each half
Ensure work, people, and resources are aligned against highest priorities, and escalate as necessary to resolve misalignments
Ensure pre-work for executive meetings is clear and will facilitate intended outcomes, manage action items
Partner with HR to support organizational and leadership team culture and leadership development initiatives
Develop strategy for scaled communications for the Privacy organization, and manage team members who will execute internal and external communications and events
Lead ad-hoc leadership initiatives as needed
12 or more years of experience with project management, strategy, management consulting, research, or operations.
2+ years of people management experience.
Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, both inside and outside of a company.
Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines and shifting priorities.
Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience.
Experience cultivating internal relationships globally.
Experience developing and driving strategy and execution plans.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Experience working with privacy or compliance programs or teams
Experience delivering programs or products from inception to delivery
