Provide in-person and remote technical support to our executive team.
Collaborate with cross functional teams in pursuit of resolving complex technical issues and drive escalations to closure.
Establish trust and maintain a high level of discretion for all executive support activities. Create and execute detailed plans around executive-level projects and/or tasks.
Perform software and hardware configuration across diverse platforms.
Set up and support mobile devices including both Android and iOS.
Recommend new and upgraded technologies based on industry trends that would increase efficiency and/or effectiveness for the executive team.
Contribute to various forms of technical documentation and process guides.
Proactively seek out projects to improve the support experience.
Participate in an on-call rotation.
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
Experience in Enterprise Executive Support.
Experience troubleshooting Windows & macOS, iOS and Android.
Experience working directly with Executive and Director level employees.
Experience with Outlook Web Access and Office 365.
Experience with client-side troubleshooting of network services (i.e. DNS, DHCP, and certificate-based authentication).
Experience with Powershell
