Facility Process Coordinator Responsibilities:
Administer third party software to set up workflows for entire data center campus
Coordinate the development, review and approval of all operating procedures
Manage the document turnover process to ensure all construction documents are properly transferred to operations teams
Audit procedures and processes for compliance to operations standards and adherence to quality
Act as project manager for local process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with centralized support teams to bring global initiatives to the local site
Main administer of training and qualification programs with site teams
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Method of Procedures (MOP’s)
Organization skills
Communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Microsoft Visio
