Develop, mentor, and manage an onsite Facility Support Team: Process Coordinator, Maintenance Planning Coordinator, and Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator
Manage an on-site, third-party, Facility Operations staffing contract including budget execution, quarterly business reviews, contractor provisioning, single point of contact, work quality, and coordination
Drive the implementation of operational standards and policies that comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines, standards, and specific performance criteria
Plan, develop, and administer the facility program budgets, including operational budgets
Assist with review and provide recommendations regarding project and budget approval
Coordinate, improve and train on all programs related to maintenance planning and process development for the facility operations team
Serve as main point of contact for external regulatory agencies and third-party consultants
Track implementation, improvement, and training of standards on the campus-wide environmental, health & safety program
Develop cross-functional relationships with all onsite teams to improve and enhance operations
Be a site leader to drive a strong culture in line with Facebook’s values, including being a strong safety culture champion
Motivated self-starter with a history of operating and delivering results through ambiguity
Responsible for oversight of critical and non-critical service contracts
Establish working relationships with the landlord’s portfolio and customer success management teams to resolve invoicing issues, track facility operations initiated lease addendums and proposed alterations
Coordinate and fill contractual gaps in services with landlords services, policies and EHS programs
3+ years experience working in large scale facilities or critical infrastructure management
3+ years experience managing people
Experience decisions making and working with minimal direction
Experienced in budget management
Experience leading a fast-paced, hands-on, start-up environment
Experienced in project management
Experienced in vendor management and negotiations
Communication skills
Experience in cross functional, collaborative environments
Experience in varied facilities operations support functions
Excellent customer service recognition from multiple customers
Experience with training and certifying employees in their field of expertise
Experience with expenditure and budgeting process
