Finance Manager, R&D Planning Responsibilities:
Provide financial leadership on R&D headcount and workforce planning across budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Build thoughtful resource allocation analyses to drive better investment decisions and tradeoffs
Develop consolidated R&D reporting including variance analysis drivers for leadership
Coordinate key financial deliverables across multiple Finance teams via superior communication skills with strong attention to detail
Help business partners gain key insights with meaningful, data-driven, and actionable analyses
Help define and implement scalable financial processes related to month-end and quarter-end close, including business drivers and reporting
Drive process improvements by partnering with up-stream process owners and enhance current tools/systems related to financial and headcount management
Minimum Qualifications:
Technical knowledge in Excel Features and PowerPoint
Experience in financial planning and creating data-driven analysis
BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of finance-related experience
Analytical skills and experience with building business cases
Experience building cross-functional relationships and partnering with organizational leaders
Experience with Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Financials
Experience working at a leading technology company or high growth company
Communication skills and experience to tailor messaging for audiences of varying level and expertise
