Global Client Investment Lead Responsibilities:
Take lead on program strategy and implementation. Evolve the program and it’s design for maximum relevancy and impact with our target community
Proactively manage multiple projects concurrently, engaging different stakeholders at relevant times while leading and coordinating a wider cross functional group, making key commercial decisions which shape the program and applying a commercial lens at all times
Own business performance analysis capabilities that drive deep understanding of the performance drivers and demonstrate program ROI and effectiveness
Reflect on the business and improve process, policies and efficiency. GBG Investment will work together with Operations and Pricing teams who will operate the programs. We want optimal working with these internal partners
Engage with external client partners to gather and further external data to help build our approach and evolve our programs
Responsible for, and drives, the program while recognizing that they are a facilitator not an “owner”. They lead through consultation, influencing and alignment, they are “finishers” and subscribe to the principle “Nothing at Meta is somebody else’s problem”
Evaluate, structure and guide deal proposals and drive efficient processes for teams to develop and execute successful partnership frameworks across a range of partners
Once design is signed off, partner with global, regional and local sales and other cross functional partners to scale our partnership initiatives across local markets and drive program success
Meaningfully contribute to the strategic development of the wider program and commercial strategy, working collaboratively to shape existing program and support scaling and development of internal marketing strategies
Assess and implement these programs in tandem with our agency team to best impact this line of business within GBG Investment
Continue to grow our offerings in the partnership space
Minimum Qualifications:
15+ years of work experience in the following areas: Media Agencies/large advertisers, Commercial Roles, Program Management, Project Management and/or Strategy Consulting
Proven experience managing difficult situations with internal and external stakeholders
Excel skills and numeracy are essential (e.g. high level evaluating commercial proposals and consolidating and joining large data sets)
Proven experience to drive performance and commercial arguments through data with senior stakeholders
Proven experience communicating and influencing senior stakeholders
Proven team work and people skills. This is a highly cross-functional role
Proven leadership of small, high performing teams. Success in people management and the capacity to grow and develop teams in line with the nature of the growth trajectory of the programs
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BSc/MA/MSc in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Economics or related field)
Proven experience in the media or technology industries (specifically digital media) is preferable
Experience managing virtual/remote project teams
Experience managing global remit
