Design and develop creative learning experiences and materials in multiple modalities, including synchronous remote learning methodologies, blended classroom learning, interactive eLearning modules, videos, device learning labs, infographics and reference materials
Partner with a variety of operations teams to identify the highest impact learning opportunities to design and build interactive self-paced learning experiences and materials
Play an active role by contributing to the growth and scale of the Learning Ops programs with innovative design
Collaborate with a global training team as well as subject matter experts (SMEs) to support various program and project initiatives
Leverage learning technology such as Rise, Articulate Storyline, Cornerstone On-Demand, and internal Meta tools create learning content which is measurable and cutting-edge
Manage complex relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in an environment with timely deadlines and high business impact
2+ years of instructional design experience
Knowledge and proven application of instructional theories and adult learning principles in multi-modal instruction
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and learning principles
Experience using standard publishing tools (Rise, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Suite)
Knowledge of a variety of instructional media including instructor-led, eLearning, and virtual instructor-led training
Experience communicating and working effectively cross-functionally is essential for success in this role
Experience juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment
Experience in working independently and a track record of taking initiative in ambiguous, dynamic environments
Proficient with authoring and learning tools such as Rise, Articulate Storyline, Cornerstone, Wikis, Adobe Suite
Experience in scaling global training programs
Knowledge and/or experience with Media, Intellectual Property, Legal, Privacy or Compliance issue
Interest in operational policy and product knowledge
