Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion
Set expectations with all stakeholders and drive communication throughout the process, outlining key deadlines and interdependencies, clarifying business requirements and managing team and cross-functional expectations
Use strategic analysis and data-driven insights to define the project scope, timelines and resources needed to meet the project objectives
Proactively identify risks in project execution and mitigate risks effectively
Provide visibility to all deliverables, timelines and issues with frequent status updates to the team and relevant partners
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks
Partner with cross-functional partners across the organization and enroll all key partners in collectively executing on a unified vision
Partner with Ops leadership to problem solve/course correct on projects
Proactively seek feedback from partners and team members to constantly improve process and execution
Define operational guidelines for scaled workflows and interface with vendor team to train and execute on project objectives
2+ years of experience in operations, project management
Demonstrated experience working on product development and/or partnering with technical/engineering teams
Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
Experience adapting to changing circumstances and dealing with ambiguity
Experience balancing multiple projects at once with changing priorities
Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented and analytical, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Experience with metadata standards (music, video, etc.)
Deep understanding of music landscape, catalog management, and its impacts on the end user
Experience working globally
Experience in leveraging data to build & deliver leadership presentations
Experience in conducting analyses, identifying insights and communicating results to inform business decisions
