Facebook App Looking For Manager, Knowledge Management at Chicago, IL Full Time

We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our passionate, highly collaborative PSO Knowledge team. You’ll manage a team of Knowledge Management Program Managers working to develop internal operational support documentation across Meta support programs. You’ll help guide the success of the team through coaching, goal setting, and relationship building with cross-functional stakeholders. You’ll build and optimize the processes and cross-functional partnership strategies that enable the team and drive business results. You must thrive in a fast-moving organization and be excited about staying hands-on with knowledge management strategy and related processes.

Lead a team of individual Knowledge Management Program Managers and guide the development of team priorities and the strategy for executing on them

Build strong working relationships with other functional teams to promote knowledge management initiatives and ensure the free flow of information throughout the support environment

Evaluate the sustainability of our current knowledge management approach and optimize the processes and framework for the future

Develop and maintain the cross-functional relationships and strategies to drive scaled operational support knowledge and work to continuously move solutions closer to customers

Help shape and evangelize Meta knowledge management standards and content strategy for the increasingly complex support landscape at Meta

6+ years experience in a role involving support, communications, and/or knowledge management

Management experience in a related field

Experience designing processes and experiences in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature

Experience developing processes and standards that enable operational efficiency

Experience managing projects and senior-level stakeholders

Analytical and problem-solving experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

3+ years experience with managing, coaching and developing a team

Experience with delivering programs through outsourced vendor partners

Experience with advocacy for customer service and experience

Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
