Support the Location Strategy team in building and executing the company’s location strategy and associated projects
Partner cross-functionally with the People team, Finance, Real Estate, Facilities, Legal, Policy, Communications, HR business partners, M&A team, and business leaders
Support the multi-year headcount planning process by determining the best locations globally for Meta to invest in
Lead or support technical and non-technical projects with outside vendors and partners, facilities, HR business partners, M&A and other teams
Conduct ad hoc location analysis projects for teams growing globally, utilizing data, insights, strategies and measurement
Create presentations and recommendations for stakeholders utilizing insights gleaned from data, analytics, and research
Bachelor’s degree
Experience managing a small to medium-sized global team
8+ years of experience in a location strategy or workforce strategy role for global organizations (either in-house or with consulting firms)
5+ years experience creating and embedding location strategy concepts, frameworks and processes in organizations as well as experience driving projects from inception to completion
Familiarity with metrics development and insights generation utilizing data analysis
Experience building cross-functional relationships and drive teams to business-oriented solutions
Experience with storytelling using data and creating senior management presentations
Experience exercising sound judgment and discretion while working with all levels of company leadership
10+ years work experience in one of the following industries: Financial Services, Consulting & Information Technology
Expertise with visualization and illustration tools like Tableau, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
Familiarity with AGILE and other software development methods
