Move Planning and Feasibility: Manage the entire Bay Area move team, take ownership of strategic move planning, customer satisfaction, move communication and reconciliation of costs associated with all onsite and offsite move-related activities
Budget Forecasting: Manage Moves cost requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions. Approx. budget to manage $10 million
Contract Management: Manage office and labs Move Vendors contracts, and work with FB Contracts Team for renewal or amendment and issue RFPs as needed
Management and staffing: Manage CBRE Move Leads and Move Coordinators (approximately 15 people)
Work with CBRE to add resource requirements based on workload and budget
Responsible for developing and managing scope, reviewing schedule with Move Leads for each project moveF10
Move Process Improvement: Develop and maintain the Move Process Playbook and ensure consistency across Facilities and Security partners. Ensure accurate move documentation files in a timely manner
Metrics and Tools : Maintaining Move Dashboard, working with Technology Team for new updates. Work with CAD/CAFM Team and Space Planning to review Space View future enhancements
Work closely with Space planners, Facilities, Security, and other cross functional partners to review move schedules and provide look-ahead
Computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, PDF editing tools, or other facility management systems
Communication skills
Organized and self-motivated, dependable and detail-oriented
Experience working as a part of a team, strategic thinking, identify problems
Experience adjusting tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
Knowledge of principles and practices of work safety
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Five or more years Move Management and Facilities Management experience
Four or more years experience in managing a team
Experience with Budget forecast and move cost analysis
