This role will manage and build operational processes and programs within the Participant Management team. This will require working closely with Research Program Managers on our Business and Consumer Participant Management teams.
The ideal candidate enables the UX Research team’s best work by leading strategic planning of programs, navigating ambiguous situations, managing short and long-term project milestones, connecting resources to research needs, and removing barriers to doing great work. Our Research Program Managers are experts in problem solving and multitasking, building long-term relationships, and utilizing a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills that help our talented teams operate at their highest and most effective level. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, resourceful, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
This role requires program management experience and strong leadership skills. You should be passionate about the services we provide, the people that we serve, and the impact of research on those services.
Manage projects with critical vendors and internal cross-functional teams for a participant management platform and lead scheduling, communication, documentation and updates to the Participant Management and UX Research community
Manage ongoing communication, workflows, and objectives for participant management tools programs
Create, scale and execute strategic programs to ensure the team is working at optimum efficiency
Drive participant management technology improvements and identify opportunities for optimizing workflows
Work with privacy, legal and security teams to monitor and maintain tool compliance
Manage and prioritize multiple Participant Management Infrastructure projects and programs
Partner with Participant Management Program Managers on predicting roadblocks, identifying creative solutions, finding resources, and developing relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with Participant Management Team and cross-functional partners to create, maintain and refine recruiting processes and programs
4+ years of relevant program or project management experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization and flexibility
Communication skills for interacting with and using data to drive change with cross-functional stakeholders
Proven experience building relationships with peers and stakeholders
Track record of operating independently, embracing ambiguity, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Experience in problem-solving and resourcefulness with a detail-oriented approach and organizational skills
Experience using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)
Experience in the UX research field and/or UX participant management
Experience working in an operations role
