Meta seeks a talented product marketing professional to join the Partner Product Marketing (PPM) team. The PPM team is a function within Partnerships PMM that is responsible for translating market and product understanding into solutions that drive business growth for media partners, ultimately resulting in greater product adoption and usage of Meta products.As a Product PPM, you are responsible for informing product strategy by bringing a deep understanding of partner and market needs, opportunities, and pain points (e.g., foundational industry analysis to identify market needs, segmentation, opportunity sizing), driving product growth by activating and growing solutions (e.g., developing partner solutions playbook anchored on partner business outcomes or growth plans for mature products), and connecting the dots between the Product and PPM/Partnerships teams by providing feedback and guidance early in product development, synthesizing/prioritizing/sharing information to ensure inter-product dependencies are considered, and driving post-launch growth initiatives. This role will require you to gain a deep understanding of Creators ecosystem across Meta platforms, so that you can confidently influence product roadmaps and lead outbound go-to-market strategies that optimize for growth, adoption, and partner value. You will work closely with other members of the PPM team, our Product teams, and our partner-facing teams, as well as across a wide range of cross-functional partners, to ensure the needs of Creators are represented within your dedicated product space.

Drive product adoption and usage through short and long term growth initiatives

Lead go-to-market strategy for internal enablement and training, segment-specific product messaging, and informing marketing collateral like playbooks and narrative

Represent the views of media partners across a broad cross-functional working group including Product, Engineering, Policy, Business Development, and Communications, as well as supporting roles like Partner Solutions, Media Operations, Analytics and Marketing

Analyze product performance and advocate improvements to drive product market fit

Identify opportunities and represent the view of the market by synthesizing partner feedback to surface and prioritize top needs from the market

Be a central resource for cross-functional teams, including our partner-facing teams, to enable conversations with our partners about new and existing media products

Understand the content landscape and media environment, overall internet/technology space and be a reliable source of insight for those media and entertainment products

5+ years of experience within marketing, product, advertising, partnerships or relevant industry

Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment

Knowledge of the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback and trends to effectively inform product decisions

Experience understanding complex problems and stakeholder sets to drive business impact and measurable results

Understanding of content partners, creator business models, social media, and content/media landscape

Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently

Knowledge of Meta’s media partners’ and creators’ business objectives

Knowledge of Meta’s media products and an understanding of how media partners and creators use them and understand their value

Experience including an understanding of web and mobile technologies impact on content distribution both in the U.S. and globally

Experience contributing to setting strategic direction and executing go-to-market plans

Quantitative analytical experience (e.g., SQL)
