Provide project management support for the overall Strategic People@ Planning Process
Maintain and support prioritization for a backlog/roadmap of planning and portfolio management improvements
Support and drive detailed process execution, tracking, and reporting of different data elements associated with planning and the internal People Planning and Strategy team. Such as: the monthly status updates process, project intake process, staffing and forecasting, content audits, etc.
Refine and update the overall planning and portfolio management capabilities for the People@ team to ensure consistency and clarity for all stakeholders on goals, approaches, timelines, and other relevant details
Support and design People@ portfolio intake process for net new work and prioritization across existing work
Create detailed artifacts and materials to support portfolio management and planning including data capture spreadsheets, instruction guides, and other materials
Design content and support facilitation of working sessions for planning and portfolio review with stakeholders
Support end-to-end Go-to-Market view of all People@ programs and projects
Support ongoing inventory of business and talent needs
Support ongoing communication with stakeholders on process, logistics, and portfolio reviews
Support and drive execution of planning meetings and all related activities
3+ years of experience in human resources and/or planning support
Experience with project management and data analysis/reporting
Familiarity with current People@ services and projects
Communication skills
Extensive experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and insight generation
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with common portfolio management tools and techniques as well as data visualization tools
Experience building roadmaps for programs and/or functional teams
Experience in the following programs: SharePoint, Tableau, Power BI, AppSheet
Experience operating both tactically to complete tasks as well as strategically to evolve planning capabilities
