Establish and track team goals for your responsible vertical and work with the Global Privacy Ops managers and team members on strategies for executing, measuring progress, and communicating results
Collaborate with team members, cross-functional support teams from tools, data and workforce strategy aligning and delivering on goals
Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team while removing roadblocks and encouraging innovative solutions
Establish and grow solid cross functional relationships with Privacy Partners from Policy, Legal, Engineering, Growth to support the business’s privacy operational support needs
Use data-driven strategies and well-defined KPIs to measure your team’s success, identify trends, optimize team workflows, and drive improvements
Extensively communicate roadblocks and results upward and downward and set clear expectations for your team
Measure and track team’s KPIs as well as curate timely reports highlighting trends to key cross-functional partners
Be a strong influence for the team and their work, both internally and externally
Leverage skills across cross-functional teams to move roadblocks and empower individuals to execute and deliver results on initiatives that drive goals forward while mitigating competing incentives and risk
4+ years experience in end-to-end project management, product, business strategy, and/or operations.
1+ years experience in leading operational teams with people management responsibilities.
Experience leading operational projects from evaluation and design to execution.
Experience managing multiple concurrent interactions with geographically disparate teams.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, legal, or policy.
Experience mentoring independent performers and actively creating opportunities for growth.
Privacy Professional with IAPP certification.
2+ years experience applying privacy practices and policies in a business environment.
